Monthly Musing: November

Assalamualaikum everyone

Moving into November, I had to make a hard decision. I did not make this decision lightly. 

As a person with many flaws, I know that I may clash with others. I do have my own stubborness. I do have my craziness. But at the end of the day, I do not accept rudeness and disrespectful behaviours towards me, especially from people who I have close relationships with. I do, however, understand that I may have done wrong to people and I appreciate if they share with me their concerns directly. Passive aggressive actions do not work with me. 

With that being said, as we move towards 2026, I will not hesitate to cut toxic people from my life. In everything, I choose myself and protecting myself as well as people who I care about and those who care about me. We should always maintain adab in everything we do. 

May Allah eases all our affairs. Aamiin.
