Poem/Prose Prompt: How are you?

Dear you,

How have you been? It has been awhile since our last conversation and ages since we last met. 

Have you been eating well and sleeping properly? With so much on your plate, make sure you are not forgetting yourself. It is so easy to lose yourself in the mindless routine. You give your all to your responsibilities. Yet, you always fail to give the best to your beautiful self.

How are you, really? Do share with me if you could. I am here for you even if our distances are far and our time never seem to align. My ears are to listen and my heart is to love. 

I am here whenever you need me, my friend.
